Responsibilities
- Act as the named nurse for a delegated group of patients, assessing, planning, implementing, evaluating individualised programmes of care including the negotiation of discharge arrangements, as part of a multidisciplinary team, ensuring the delivery of high standards of care to patients and their families.
- In the absence of the Charge Nurse / Deputy Charge Nurse, take charge of the Ward and ensure the safe and effective management of the inpatient service.
Contract
- We have a mix of full and part-time posts available on a permanent basis working a rotational day/night duty contract as required.
