We are looking for someone with a flexible approach, a considerate manner, and proven experience in team working and staff management, along with evidence of strong communication skills.
Experience in caring for older adults and knowledge of rehabilitation are desirable. The ability to balance competing demands while maintaining consistently high standards of patient care is essential.
Fort William, nestled at the foot of Ben Nevis, is known as the outdoor capital of the UK and offers an exceptional quality of life for those who enjoy fresh air and outdoor pursuits. The surrounding area includes remote wilderness, small islands, and the larger well‑known isles of the West Coast. The town has excellent schools and is within easy day‑trip distance of the cosmopolitan cities Glasgow and Inverness.
This is a fixed‑term or secondment opportunity, full time (36‑hour post) for 12 months, predominantly working a 9‑5 shift pattern with flexibility expected to meet the needs of the service.
