An exciting opportunity has arisen to appoint one new senior clinical fellow to join our renal department starting from 15th June 2026 for 12 months. You will be part of a team providing both inpatient and outpatient care to patients with the full spectrum of kidney diseases and be able to participate in a full range of educational opportunities present within the department.
Successful candidates will work within a well led environment, committed to supporting ongoing professional development.
Rotations
- Acute Kidney Unit
- Acute transplant recipients
- ITU stepdowns
- AKI transferred from other trusts in North Central London as part of the AKI Network
Clinics
- Dialysis (Haemodialysis and PD)
- Transplantation: acute and chronic clinics, transplant assessment clinic
- Low clearance
- General and subspecialty nephrology e.g. vasculitis, lupus, nephrotic syndrome
Qualifications
- Completed internal medicine training
- Transitioning from core to specialist training and seeking to consolidate knowledge and experience
- Not previously worked in the NHS and seeking an introduction to renal medicine at higher specialty trainee level
- Completed specialist training and keen to gain additional experience in subspecialties
