Position Overview
We are seeking a team member for our specialist Personality Disorder Community Service (PDCS). The role is suitable for newly qualified staff or those with post‑qualified experience. You will support the engagement and stabilisation pathway and have opportunities to support other personality disorder services within our multidisciplinary team.
Responsibilities
- Support engagement and stabilisation pathway, maintaining a strong focus on excellent clinical care as a practitioner.
- Assist in care planning and implementation within our treatment pathways, including Mentalisation Based Therapy, Dialectical Behavioural Therapy, Occupational Therapy and engagement formulation pathways.
- Provide support to the crisis "duty" pathway.
- Travel independently around the county to meet service needs; meet strict time deadlines.
Qualifications
- Experience working with individuals diagnosed with Personality Disorder.
- Either newly qualified or possessing post‑qualified experience in relevant clinical settings.
- Full UK driving licence and access to a vehicle (public transport not acceptable for this role).
