Design Manager: Lead CAD & Product Design in Manufacturing

Premier Group is seeking a Technical Design Manager to join their Coventry team on a permanent basis. The ideal candidate will have a BSc or BEng in Mechanical Engineering and 3+ years in a similar design/development role. Responsibilities include leading the design team, using Inventor software daily, creating drawings, and managing product development from concept to launch. Excellent leadership, communication skills, and proficiency in CAD software are essential.
