About the Role

An opportunity to join a secure cloud operations team supporting critical UK infrastructure. This role offers hands‑on exposure to modern cloud platforms in a highly secure, internet‑disconnected environment.

Working as part of a 24/7 engineering team, you will support live systems, resolve technical issues, and develop skills across Linux, Kubernetes, and cloud technologies.

Key Responsibilities

• Support live cloud environments and resolve technical issues
• Follow runbooks to diagnose and escalate incidents
• Work within a structured ticketing environment
• Gain exposure to Kubernetes, infrastructure tooling, and secure platforms

Requirements

• Degree in Computer Science or related field, or equivalent experience
• Exposure to Linux systems
• Willingness to work a 24/7 shift pattern onsite
