Electrical Engineer - Corporate

Salary: Up to £44,000 p/a
A globally recognised FM provider is hiring for an experienced Electrical Engineer to join a high-profile corporate site in Central London. This is a great opportunity to work within a successful team that keeps the operation running smoothly 24/7.
The role
Reporting into the Technical Supervisor and working as part of the Engineering team, you will be responsible for the operation, maintenance, and fault-finding of all electrical building services, ensuring the site remains safe, compliant and fully operational at all times.
Key Responsibilities
- Carrying out preventative maintenance and completing paperwork to ensure the completion of all scheduled PPM activities.
- Responding to reactive and emergency faults to maintain compliance in line with KPIs
- Managing sub-contractors where necessary to ensure work is completed safely in line with permit-to-work systems.
- Undertaking AP/RP duties which have been assigned.
- Working 40 hours p/w Monday to Friday, with a requirement to participate in the out of hours on call rota.

- Electrically qualified to Level 3
- C&G 2391 (desired)
- Excellent customer service and communication skills
- Good understanding of health & safety in a relevant environment
- Demonstrate good planning, organization and showing initiative
