MEP Revit Engineer – Subcontractor

Reports To: CAD Designer & Managing Director

Hours: 0 Hour Contract (work offered as required)

Job Summary

We are looking for an experienced Revit Engineer Subcontractor to provide BIM modelling, drafting, and drawing support on a project-by-project basis. This role is ideal for a self-motivated professional who can deliver accurate work to deadlines.

Responsibilities

• Produce and update Revit models and technical drawings.
• Create plans, sections, elevations, and schedules.
• Coordinate with internal teams, clients, and contractors.
• Identify clashes and resolve design issues.
• Implement revisions in line with project requirements.
• Maintain drawing registers and file control.

Qualifications

• Proven Autodesk Revit experience.
• Good understanding of BIM and UK construction drawings.
• Ability to work independently and meet deadlines.
• Strong communication and organisational skills.
