Roles & Responsibilities
- Carry out service, maintenance and repair of commercial catering equipment
- Diagnose and resolve faults on cookers, ovens, fryers and stoves
- Perform installation of new catering equipment
- Work independently in a field‑based role across the southern half of Wales
- Travel directly from home to customer sites, with occasional visits to the main site (every 1‑2 weeks)
- Deliver excellent customer service while maintaining strong client relationships
Knowledge, Skills & Experience
- Previous experience as a Gas Service Engineer (commercial or domestic background considered)
- COMCAT 1-5 qualifications
- Ability to work independently and manage your own workload
- Good communication and customer‑facing skills
- Open to a more junior engineer who will receive comprehensive training to develop their skills
