Maintenance Engineer — 4 on 4 off days & nights • £50,000 + overtime • Telford

We are seeking multiple Maintenance Engineers to join a leading manufacturing business based in Telford. This is a days & nights based role, offering stability and career growth.

Responsibilities

• Carrying out planned preventative maintenance (PPM)
• Diagnosing and repairing breakdowns efficiently
• Ensuring machinery operates at optimal performance
• Supporting continuous improvement projects

Requirements

• Multi-skilled engineer (electrical/mechanical bias considered)
• Strong fault-finding and problem-solving skills
• Previous experience in a manufacturing or industrial environment
