About the Role

Inizio is partnering with a global healthcare organisation to recruit a Clinical Educator within Women’s Health. This is an opportunity to join a team focused on supporting healthcare professionals in the safe and effective use of medical devices and innovative technologies, helping to improve patient outcomes across maternity and gynaecology settings.

This is a permanent, field-based position covering the Midlands.

The role is centred around clinical education and support, working closely with healthcare professionals in maternity and women’s health settings. You will play a key role in helping teams build confidence in clinical practice and the use of new technologies.

Responsibilities

  • Deliver clinical education and hands-on training to maternity and women’s health teams
  • Support healthcare professionals in the safe and effective use of medical devices
  • Work collaboratively with midwives, nurses, and OB/GYN clinicians
  • Build strong, professional relationships across hospital settings
  • Provide feedback and insights to support ongoing improvement in clinical practice

Qualifications

  • Registered Nurse (RN)
  • Experience within gynaecology, obstetrics, or women’s health
  • Experience delivering clinical education, teaching, or mentoring
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills
  • Comfortable working in a field-based role across multiple sites

Required Skills

  • Strong clinical knowledge and a passion for education
  • Ability to engage and support a range of healthcare professionals
