The Role

As a Senior Systems Engineer (Tech Lead), you will provide technical leadership and deliver systems engineering solutions that support the development and integration of complex, software‑enabled systems for live operational environments, including BUTEC. Day‑to‑day, you’ll work across the full systems lifecycle, engaging with stakeholders to capture requirements, define system architectures, and lead integration and test activities, while collaborating closely with software, hardware, and project teams.

This role is 37 hours per week based at our Malvern, Farnborough or Portsmouth Technology Park (PTP) sites with a minimum average site attendance of three days per week. Travel to other QinetiQ and customer sites will be expected.
