You’ll be joining a well-established MEP design & build contractor delivering complex, large-scale projects across the UK and Europe.

This role will see you initially working on a major hospital project, with a strong pipeline of further healthcare, mission critical and industrial projects to follow.

  • Raising and managing RFIs and driving resolution on site
  • Weekly progress reporting, tracking changes and managing variations
  • Coordinating with main contractors, client teams and wider project stakeholders
  • Managing labour on site and ensuring delivery is on track
  • Overseeing plant, materials and equipment to keep the job moving
  • Driving construction and commissioning programmes through to completion
  • Managing snagging, QA and handover documentation
