Maintenance Engineer - St James Hospital

AWC Staff Services are looking for Maintenance Engineer to work at Leeds Oncology Ward.

4 days on, 4 off then 4 nights, 6am - 6pm, and 6pm - 6am.

You must be a time served engineer with 3 years experience and minimum NVQ level 3.

Responsibilities

• Be able to maintain, service and repair a wide range of the building services listed below
• Heating and domestic water services
• General Electrical services such as lighting and power
• Air handling units
• Low voltage electrical distribution system and switchgear
• Emergency standby generating plant
• Fire alarm systems and emergency lighting
• Electrical control systems

Requirements

• Time served engineer with 3 years experience / Minimum NVQ level 3

Start: ASAP

Duration: 3 months

Rate: £17.35 per hour (+ holiday pay)
