A UK-based investor, developer, and operator within the digital infrastructure sector. The business focuses on building and managing mission-critical assets that support large-scale data processing and connectivity, with an active pipeline of growth and investment opportunities.
Key Responsibilities
- Build, maintain, and review complex financial models to support investment decisions
- Conduct financial due diligence and detailed commercial analysis on target assets
- Prepare high-quality investment papers, presentations, and information packs for stakeholders
- Support live transactions across the full deal lifecycle
- Analyse financial performance, key risks, and value creation opportunities
- Work closely with senior deal professionals and internal stakeholders
Candidate Requirements
- ACA qualified, with training from a leading professional services firm (Big 4 preferred)
- Experience in CAPEX heavy environments such as infrastructure, construction or data centres
- Up to 10 years’ total experience including:
- Initial experience in audit, transaction services, deal advisory, or financial modelling
- Followed by experience within a Deals / Transaction Services environment
- Strong exposure to both:
- Demonstrated involvement in end-to-end deal processes

- Strong analytical capability with excellent attention to detail
- Commercially astute with the ability to interpret complex financial information
- Effective communicator, able to present insights clearly and concisely
