About the role
We’re looking for a Deal Strategy & Operations Manager to join our growing Deal Strategy & Operations team. This role serves as a critical partner to our EMEA sales organization, enabling efficient deal execution while maintaining pricing integrity and revenue quality. You will review and structure non‑standard SaaS contracts, evaluate pricing requests, and collaborate cross‑functionally with Sales, Finance, and Legal to expedite deal approvals. You’ll be responsible for ensuring all deals are accurately configured in our CPQ system, comply with revenue recognition standards, and align with company policies. The ideal candidate brings strong analytical skills, attention to detail, and the ability to balance business flexibility with financial discipline. This is an excellent opportunity to gain exposure to the full revenue lifecycle while directly impacting our ability to close deals quickly.
This is an in‑office position.
What You’ll Do
- Own the deal strategy across our EMEA sales team
- Quarterback non‑standard deals through the contracting cycle & internal approval processes in collaboration with Sales Leadership, Legal, Accounting, Billing, Product, and other cross‑functional teams to ensure alignment with business strategies and guidelines
- Master and help evolve deal policies, including contract terms, pricing & packaging, contractual requirements, etc.
- Partner with Account Executives on forming deals, and help translate deal structures to Order Forms for complex deals in partnership with Commercial Legal
- Create operational processes, process documentation, and enable Sales Teams on best practices, tools, and workflows to ensure effective deal execution
- Monitor and ensure that internal requests are addressed thoughtfully and with urgency
How to be Successful in this Role
- 8+ years of experience in Deal Operations, Deal Desk, or Sales Operations
- A “roll up your sleeves” mentality, and an ability to collaborate effectively across internal functions (Sales, RevOps, Legal, Finance, etc.) to achieve common goals
- Experience operating across EMEA markets, including fluency with multi‑currency workflows, regional compliance considerations, and the varying enterprise sales cycles and procurement norms across EMEA geographies
- Experience working with consumption‑based or usage‑based pricing models, including structuring deals, managing overage conversations, and ensuring accurate configuration and compliance within CPQ and order‑form workflows
- Detail‑oriented, excellent written and verbal communication skills with the ability to identify areas of improvement and propose necessary changes
- Strong analytical skills, with a focus on data‑driven decision‑making to equip the business in a strategic manner and communicate big‑picture opportunities
- Ability to work well under pressure, with a high degree of adaptability and flexibility in a fast‑paced, rapidly changing environment
- Skilled at prioritization, effectively balancing urgent support requests with long‑term project work
- Demonstrated ability to work independently with minimal guidance, proactively manage tasks and priorities, and execute work efficiently while collaborating effectively with cross‑functional teams and thriving in fast‑paced, results‑driven environments
Annual salary range: $105,000-$120,000 GBP
