Elizabeth Norman International are working with a fast‑growing, innovative insights consultancy looking to hire a Senior Research Consultant.

This is a great opportunity for a commercially minded researcher who enjoys working across mixed‑methodology projects and wants to challenge traditional approaches to insight.

The role

You’ll lead end‑to‑end research projects – from design through to delivery – while managing client relationships and producing impactful, insight‑led recommendations. Projects span a range of sectors across B2C and B2B, offering strong variety and exposure.

What we’re looking for

• Strong experience delivering quantitative & qualitative research
• Proven ability to manage multiple projects and client relationships
• Confidence working with data and translating it into clear insights
• Experience designing surveys, discussion guides, and reporting outputs
• Commercial mindset with an interest in business development
