- Produce pragmatic solutions to complex problems by applying in-depth knowledge of your subject matter with an ability to think independently and communicate such concisely (Focusing on Commercial Insurance, Reinsurance, and Delegated Authority all along the value chain – i.e. Underwriting, Risk Engineering, Distribution, Product Design, Policy & Claims Management, etc.).
- Management of accounts, projects and/or workstreams with the ability to understand the interplay between business and technology processes across an organisation.
- Conduct detailed analysis to guide the decision‑making process that support innovative and pragmatic solutions.
- Mentor junior consultants to increase industry specific knowledge and practical experiences across London market, UK Insurance and Reinsurance transformation – as well as share expertise with the internal UK team and wider.
- Contribute to thought leadership by conducting market and trend analyses to support business development and identify strategic opportunities for growth.Maintain and develop deep industry knowledge to keep a breadth of client needs and proactively recommend new and innovative solutions.
