Construction Lawyer

We are seeking an experienced interim Energy Projects / Construction Lawyer to support one of our customers. This is a 3-6 months contract role.

Key Responsibilities

• Provide legal support on a range of energy and infrastructure projects, including construction and development matters
• Draft, review, and negotiate a variety of construction and commercial agreements (e.g., EPC, O&M, framework agreements, and supply contracts)
• Advise on risk allocation, contract strategy, and project delivery issues
• Work closely with internal stakeholders, including project managers and commercial teams
• Support on contract management, variations, and dispute‑related matters where required

Key Requirements

• Qualified lawyer with significant experience in energy projects and/or construction law
• Strong background in drafting and negotiating complex commercial and construction contracts
• Experience working in‑house or advising infrastructure/energy clients
• Practical, solutions‑focused approach with strong stakeholder management skills
• Ability to work independently in a fast‑paced environment
