The role
- Manage a varied respondent employment law caseload covering both contentious and non-contentious matters.
- Advise commercial clients on redundancy processes, TUPE, disciplinary and grievance issues, contracts of employment, policies and day‑to‑day HR advisory matters.
- Conduct and manage Employment Tribunal claims from initial instruction through to resolution.
- Work closely with the Head of Department and collaborate with colleagues across corporate and commercial teams on transactional employment issues.
- Deliver commercially pragmatic advice aligned with clients’ business objectives.
- Contribute to business development initiatives and strengthen existing client relationships.
- Maintain high standards of client care and compliance with risk management procedures.

- Qualified Employment Solicitor with 2–5 years’ PQE.
- Experienced in managing a respondent caseload independently.
