Salary: Up to £53,000 (DOE) + Bonus (£12K–£15K)

I’m currently working with a highly regarded, tech-enabled conveyancing firm that is continuing to grow its fully remote property team. With a strong national presence and an excellent reputation for client service, this is a great opportunity for experienced conveyancers looking for flexibility without compromising on quality of work or support.

The role: Following a structured onboarding and training programme, you’ll manage your own caseload of residential property matters, tailored to your level of experience. This will include a mix of freehold, leasehold, new build, and shared ownership transactions. You’ll be supported by a well‑established wider team and benefit from modern systems designed to streamline the conveyancing process.

Key Responsibilities

  • Managing a full caseload from instruction through to completion
  • Handling a range of residential transactions including sales, purchases, remortgages, and new builds
  • Maintaining strong relationships with clients, agents, and third parties
  • Ensuring files progress efficiently in line with service level expectations

Requirements

  • Minimum of 2 years’ conveyancing experience managing your own caseload
  • Strong technical knowledge across residential property
  • Excellent communication and client care skills
  • High attention to detail and ability to work in a fast‑paced environment
