Client

A leading tier regional firm are seekinga Training and Knowledge Employment Lawyer to join their busy team in Reading.

Role

This is a unique opportunity to join a highly regarded employment team maintaining and advancing the team’s knowledge base and ensuring the team’s clients and colleagues benefit from excellent advice and training in employment law.

Your responsibilities will include:

  • Co‑ordinating internal team training and organising training sessions with external providers
  • Co-ordinating client training
  • Presenting training for clients and conducting public training courses
  • Developing a sales strategy for training products for the employment team
  • Co‑ordinating the webinar program and preparing and hosting webinars, podcasts, etc.
  • Preparing and coordinating online newsletters
  • Preparing quarterly updates for clients

This role is best suited to a qualified employment lawyer looking for a part‑time role who is looking to take a step away from fee‑earning and a targets‑based role.

Candidate

It is likely you will have at least 3 years PQE and it is essential you have a solid technical understanding of employment law.

It is also important that you have strong client care skills and are confident with people. You should also have strong social media skills and will be confident in using technology.
