We're YTN Recruitment, a specialist rec2rec. We work exclusively within the recruitment industry — placing recruiters, resourcers and recruitment leaders into agencies and in‑house teams.
We're currently recruiting on behalf of one of our clients for a brand new AI Recruitment Resourcer role based in Rickmansworth, Hertfordshire. This is a genuinely exciting opportunity — one that probably didn't exist in recruitment two years ago. Our client has invested in AI tools to support candidate sourcing and can see the value they could deliver. The challenge? Their consultants are focused on day‑to‑day workloads, which means the tools don’t always get the attention they deserve. They're looking for someone to fix that — someone who finds this space genuinely interesting, who’ll take ownership of making their AI tools work harder, and who wants to grow into something long‑term in the industry.
What you'll be doing
- Using existing AI tools day‑to‑day to support candidate sourcing
- Improving the quality and consistency of output from those tools
- Exploring new AI tools, agents and sourcing workflows as they emerge
- Testing ideas, spotting what works, and sharing useful findings with the wider team
- Helping make sourcing activity more efficient and easier to scale
- Over time, supporting BD lead sourcing as new capabilities develop

Package & Benefits
- Salary: £25,000 – £28,000 depending on experience
- Commission: 2.5% from the first five placements or roles generated via each new tool developed
