Job Description

Rate of pay: £16.99 per hour

Incentives: Potential performance‑related bonus up to 20% following probationary period.

Shift Patterns (36 hours per week)

During peak trading periods (up to 20 weeks) you will also be required to work an additional 4 or 6 hour shift per week, which will be paid additionally and booked in advance.

Training

A comprehensive 5-week onsite induction in Leicester (Monday to Friday 8am-4pm) starting 18th May 2026.

Location

Hybrid working at Radar Road Contact Centre, Leicester (LE3 1UF); at least one day per week onsite.
