Position Overview

As the on‑site front‑of‑house coordinator, you will deliver seamless office operations and support physical security across multiple CGI locations. Based primarily in Leeds with regular travel to other offices, you will help maintain CGI’s trusted, innovative workplace environments.

Responsibilities

  • Deliver and enhance front‑of‑house and workplace experience.
  • Manage visitor processes, access control, and meeting spaces.
  • Support and maintain office operations, presentation, and facilities coordination.
  • Monitor and uphold security procedures and compliance standards.
  • Respond and escalate incidents, ensuring accurate reporting and resolution.
  • Collaborate and communicate with facilities, IT, and security teams.
  • Travel and support multi‑site coverage to ensure operational continuity.

Qualifications

  • 1–5 years’ experience in facilities, office support, or physical security roles.
  • Strong customer service skills with a professional and approachable manner.
  • Proven ability to manage tasks independently and maintain organised workspaces.
  • Basic understanding of workplace safety, security processes, and incident handling.
  • Experience maintaining records and supporting administrative processes.
  • Willingness to travel regularly, including overnight stays where required.
  • Relevant training (e.g., first aid, fire warden) or willingness to obtain.
