Service Advisor
Compensation and Benefits
- Salary £28,000 – £32,000 per annum plus commission/bonus.
- Good pension scheme.
- 22 days holiday plus all UK bank holidays.
Location and Hours
- Haywards Heath, West Sussex.
- Monday to Friday 08:00‑18:00, and one Saturday morning in four.
- Free on‑site parking.
About the Employer
Partnered with an established motor industry client looking to recruit two full‑time permanent Service Advisors.
Responsibilities
- Be the first point of contact for the Service Department.
- Book customers' vehicles into the Service Department over the phone and face to face.
- Explain and sell the repair process and cost breakdown, building customer relations and delivering excellent customer service.
Qualifications, Competencies and Knowledge
- Good organisational skills.
- Good computer literacy.
- Strong customer service skills.
- Previous experience in the motor sector preferred – not essential.
