Role Responsibilities

The Business Development Executive will be responsible for identifying new business opportunities, nurturing existing client relationships, and supporting growth initiatives within the Birmingham branch. You will adopt a consultative approach to sales, presenting solutions that meet customer needs and help solve their automation challenges. Building strong trust and delivering excellent service are at the core of this role, working closely with colleagues, manufacturers, and clients to achieve shared success.

Qualifications

• Experience in B2B sales, preferably within the industrial distribution market
• Strong ability to develop and maintain relationships with clients and partners
• Excellent communication and negotiation skills
• Highly organised with the ability to prioritise tasks effectively
• A proactive attitude with a passion for learning about industrial control and automation products
