Temp‑to‑Perm Part‑Time Office Manager

Are you an experienced Office Manager seeking a flexible, rewarding role that offers variety? In this part‑time Office Manager position, you will be at the heart of a creative, collaborative environment, supporting daily operations and helping the team shine. This is a temporary position paid on a weekly PAYE basis. Following a period of successful temping the client will look to convert this to a permanent opportunity.

Responsibilities

  • Managing payroll, invoicing, and financial reporting to ensure smooth financial workflows.
  • Overseeing office administration, including managing supplies and maintaining systems.
  • Organising team events and social activities to foster a vibrant workplace.
  • Providing HR support, including recruitment, onboarding, and employee record maintenance.
  • Handling contract management and maintaining key business systems.
  • Supporting senior staff with ad‑hoc administrative tasks to drive operational efficiency.
