You’ll join our Group Procurement team, partnering across Germany, the UK, Poland and further markets. We operate across IT, HR and Professional Services with a collaborative, innovative culture supporting Bauer’s international transformation journey.
The Difference you will make
You will lead strategic Professional Services procurement across the UK and Europe. The role is highly visible with senior stakeholder interaction. German language skills are not required for UK-based candidates.
Your Role
Responsibilities include, but are not limited to:
- Creating and executing Professional Services category strategies across the UK and EU.
- Managing key suppliers (major consultancies and specialist providers).
- Leading tenders, negotiations and commercial evaluations.
- Acting as a trusted partner to senior stakeholders.
- Supporting procurement transformation across Bauer’s hubs in the UK, Germany and Poland.
The Skills you will bring
Essential (all candidates):
- Strong Professional Services procurement experience within EMEA.
- Experience building/implementing category strategies.
- Strong negotiation and influencing capability.
- Excellent analytical and commercial skills.
- Business fluent in English.
- Familiarity with AI-enabled procurement tools (e.g. Coupa, Ariba, Copilot).
- Media or creative industry experience.
- German language skills (Germany-based candidates only).
