Job Title: Project Manager
Location: Home-based with travel to client site or Columbus offices as required
Closing: Midnight 27th April
Salary: Negotiable (We aim to improve your current package)
Holiday: 25 Days, Plus Bank Holidays (Increasing with Service)

Hours: Full time (36.5 hpw)
Travel/Expenses: A car is required for travel to client sites – expensed at 45p per mile from home address (excluding travel to any Columbus Office within 35mi)
About the Role
As a Project Manager on the Engagement Pathway, you will lead one or more small or lower‑complexity Dynamics 365 ERP projects and may also lead a defined workstream within a larger programme. You own day‑to‑day delivery control, working within agreed governance and commercial boundaries. On more complex engagements, you may operate alongside a Senior Project Manager, Programme Manager or Programme Director, with clear accountability for your project or workstream.
About You (The Essentials)
- Recognised project management qualification or actively working towards one.
- Able to lead more than one project or workstream at the same time.
- Able to produce clear written updates and structured project documentation.
- Experience presenting project information clearly to stakeholders and delivery teams.
- Strong understanding of project governance, risk, commercial control and delivery planning.
- Ability to coordinate scope, schedule, resources and change within agreed boundaries.
- Full driver’s licence and access to a vehicle.
- Curious, looking to challenge the status quo and improve.
- Collaborates well with both internal and external colleagues.
- Committed to personal development and becoming a Trusted Advisor in your field.
