We’re looking for a Staff Product Manager to act as a Pillar Strategist. You will set the strategy for a major business pillar, partnering with the SLT to have a 10x impact on how the world understands nutrition.
The Big Picture
In your first 6 months, you will:
- Define Strategy: Set the strategic direction for a major organisational pillar that drives measurable, org-wide impact.
- Vertical Ownership: Take direct responsibility for the success of a major business vertical, translating executive vision into core metric impact.
- Elevate the Bar: Coach L3/L4 individuals and set the “technology and product bar” for your pillar.
The Squad
You’ll report to the Chief Product Officer and operate as a member of ZOE’s SLT for your group. You will manage a larger team (potentially multiple small squads), developing managers and embedding team culture.

- The B2C Expert: You have a deep mastery of digital products, specifically high-growth mobile applications. You understand the nuances of consumer psychology and D2C habit loops.
- Scientific Mindset: You use data to define the “what” and the “why” for the entire organisation.
