Warehouse Administrator
A1 Jobs are seeking a detail-oriented and proactive Warehouse Administrator to join our clients logistics team. The successful candidate will oversee inventory management, optimise warehouse processes, and ensure smooth coordination between various departments.
Responsibilities
- Provide day‑to‑day warehouse administration support and ensure accurate process follow‑up
- Maintain effective stock and inventory control, including receiving, picking, and discrepancy reporting
- Administer inbound and outbound warehouse documentation and data entry
- Coordinate transport & deliveries in line with our stock requirements
- Prepare transport documentation, labels, paperwork and delivery information
- Ensure high standards of service, compliance & safety at all times.
- Support the warehouse team and wider logistics and planning teams as require
- Support warehouse movements using material handling equipment
Requirements
- Accurate with strong attention to detail
- Self‑motivated and able to remain calm under pressure
- Strong team player with good people skills
- Excellent communication and organisational skills
- Able to prioritise workloads effectively
- High level of IT proficiency (Office 365 essential; Mintsoft desirable)
