Role: Junior Operations Manager Trainee
Location: Manchester | Full Time | On Site | Permanent
Salary: £25,000 Base Salary — increasing to £45,000 (Months 6-12, based on performance)

No prior management experience is required. You will be trained, supported, and gradually given more ownership as your capabilities grow.
What You Will Be Doing
- Contributing to the day‑to‑day running of sales and campaign activity
- Assisting in the planning and execution of customer‑focused campaigns
- Tracking performance metrics and learning how results are improved
- Supporting team scheduling, coordination, and workflow organisation
- Working alongside senior staff to understand operational decision‑making
- Gaining exposure to coaching techniques and team development
- Assisting with reporting, standards, and internal processes
