The Payload (Pay & Perks)
- Salary: Up to £45,000 OTE (High basic + performance bonuses).
- Hours: Monday – Friday, with Saturdays on a fair team rota.

What You Will Be Doing
- Expert Testing: Conducting MOT tests (Class 4/7) to full DVSA standards with total precision.
- Compliance: Maintaining accurate, digital records and ensuring 100% DVSA compliance.
- Communication: Giving clear, honest advice to customers and service advisors.
- Collaboration: Working alongside our technicians to ensure a smooth, efficient workshop flow.
- Safety First: Ensuring every vehicle that leaves our bay is genuinely safe for the Brighton roads.
Are You The One?
- You hold a Valid MOT Testing Licence (Class 4 required, Class 7 is a bonus).
- You have a proven track record of testing in a DVSA-approved environment.
- You are reliable, detail-focused, and have a professional "can-do" attitude.
- You hold a Full UK Driving Licence.
