Northampton Casuals RFC is a dynamic community-driven rugby club in Northampton with a rich history. The club has great facilities and a real desire to keep building a fantastic rugby offering for players, members, supporters and our local communities.
Role Description
The Women’s Head Coach will lead the development, training, and performance of the women’s rugby squad, reporting into the club Director of Rugby. Casuals Women’s XV were formed just two years ago but have grown in skill, ambition and depth. The team are now looking to move into competitive league rugby, joining NC3 next season. The Head Coach will be responsible for leading the team into this new challenge.
What we’re looking for
- Experience in coaching rugby, with an RFU qualification and a player-centred approach
- Proven ability to develop and deliver challenging and engaging training sessions (Tuesdays and Thursdays)
- Strong leadership and team-building skills to keep building on our positive and collaborative environment for players.
- Support team admin alongside the captain and coaching team
- Lead on matchdays (Sunday)
