Role Overview
GMP Recruitment Agency Limited are proud to be partnered with an award‑winning Commercial Property Consultancy located in Worcestershire. We are supporting their recruitment for a Property & Compliance Manager who will join their team on a full‑time, permanent contract. The role supports the day‑to‑day management of a varied commercial property portfolio, including some residential management.
Working hours: Monday – Friday 09:00 – 17:30. Occasional travel to sites is required; therefore own transport is necessary. Salary up to £30,000, depending on experience.

Key Responsibilities
- Carry out regular internal and external property inspections and identify compliance requirements, maintenance, and health & safety issues.
- Ensure all compliance actions are instructed, tracked, and completed within required timescales.
- Monitor Insurance expiry dates and advise clients of upcoming expirations to support the renewal process.
- Maintain accurate and up‑to‑date compliance records and documentation.
- Manage an approved contractor database.
- Instruct contractors for compliance‑related works and minor repairs.
Required Skills & Experience
- Aware of health & safety regulations in commercial property management.
- Proven experience in property management, compliance coordination, or facilities management.
- Practical knowledge of statutory property compliance requirements.
- Strong communication skills with the ability to build professional relationships.
- Organised, proactive, and able to manage multiple priorities.
- Computer literate with experience using Microsoft Outlook.
- Must be able to drive and possess a vehicle. Mileage rate of 45p per mile will be paid for all business mileage.
