As the Claims Operations Manager working within the wider Customer Support team you will be responsible for Claiming Operations at Bupa. You will lead several teams within the UK and Overseas and will endeavour to deliver world class service for our customers in ensuring we pay private medical insurance claims quickly, accurately and consistently.
