A manufacturing and engineering client in the Ipswich area is recruiting an Office Administrator to join their team ASAP. This is a full-time temporary position for at least a month, working Monday through Thursday from 8:15 am to 5:00 pm and Friday from 8:15 am to 1:00 pm, paying up to £12.71 per hour depending on experience.
Responsibilities
- Providing administrative support to the purchasing team
- Processing sales invoices
- Checking data accuracy, including part numbers
- General office duties including filing and photocopying
Qualifications
- Previous experience in administration (ideally sales, purchasing or supply chain)
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy
- Ability to work independently in a quiet, focused environment
- Available straight away for at least 1 month
