Key Responsibilities

• Develop and implement commodity and sourcing strategies aligned to business objectives
• Manage supplier relationships within constrained, often single-source markets
• Lead risk management activities, including supply chain resilience and compliance
• Collaborate closely with engineering and operational stakeholders
• Support and influence internal decision-making through commercial insight
• Work cross-functionally with account managers and other commodity leads
• Maintain and update sourcing strategies, risk registers, and supplier plans

Key Requirements

• Proven procurement or supply chain experience (engineering/manufacturing preferred)
• Ability to operate in complex, regulated environments
• Strong stakeholder engagement and influencing skills
• Commercially astute with a hands-on, delivery-focused mindset
• Comfortable managing ambiguity and working in a fast-paced SME culture
