We’re looking for a highly organised and proactive Social Project Manager to lead the planning, development and delivery of social-first content across channels for one of our biggest retail clients. This role will oversee multiple projects and campaigns, ensuring seamless execution from initial brief through to final delivery, hitting key deadlines and timings and managing the various programme plans.
From content production and rollout, you’ll take ownership of our social-first weekly series “Love That,” while also supporting wider social campaigns. You’ll manage timelines, product, workflows, coordinating across internal teams, external agencies and production partners to keep everything aligned and on track—while also making key recommendations for efficiencies.
The ideal candidate has experience managing projects end to end in fast-paced environments, with the ability to juggle multiple workstreams simultaneously. They have a strong eye for organisation, excellent communication skills and a solid understanding of how to keep projects running smoothly.
Key Responsibilities
- Oversee the end-to-end project management of the “Love That” social series alongside other key campaigns and projects
- Coordinate across internal teams (creative, business units and product teams, production, social, design) and external partners to ensure deadlines and deliverables are met.
- Develop and manage project timelines and resource allocation.
- Track performance metrics, audience engagement and campaign success, providing regular reports and recommendations for optimisation.
- Troubleshoot challenges and proactively propose solutions to keep the project on track.
- Serve as a point of contact for talent agents across Love That series.
- Work alongside the BU teams to ensure product for Love That is accurate.
Qualifications and Experience
- Project management experience, preferably in digital campaigns or media production.
- Strong organisational and multitasking skills with proven ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
- Familiarity with project management tools (e.g. Monday.com).
- Understanding of social media platforms, formats, and best practices.
- Ability to translate ideas into structured plans and timelines.
- Comfortable working in a fast-moving, dynamic environment.
- Experience working with creative agencies, talent, or production.
