Responsibilities

• Lead strategic procurement activities for HVAC and Couplers across the fleet.
• Collaborate with engineering, operations, and global procurement teams.
• Develop category strategy, supplier relationships, and contracting strategies.
• Drive value, risk management, and performance in procurement processes.

Qualifications

• Experience as Category Manager or similar procurement leadership role, preferably in rail or complex technical systems.
• Strong understanding of HVAC systems and coupling technologies is desirable.
• Excellent communication, negotiation, and stakeholder management skills.
• Ability to work cross-functionally across engineering, operations, and global procurement.
