About the role

As Used Car Sales Manager, you’ll take full responsibility for leading a high‑performing sales team, including Assistant Sales Managers, Sales Executives and support colleagues. You’ll create a controlled, ethical and customer‑focused sales environment through regular coaching, strong leadership and hands‑on involvement with customers.

You’ll drive performance across the department by:

  • Leading your team to consistently deliver excellent sales results and customer experiences
  • Coaching and developing colleagues through structured management and support
  • Maximising Used Vehicle sales, finance, GAP and additional products
  • Managing sales campaigns and promotions to optimise performance
  • Ensuring the highest standards of professionalism, compliance and customer satisfaction at all times

About you

You’ll be an accomplished Sales Manager with proven success in the motor industry and a strong track record of delivering results. You’ll bring:

  • Demonstrable experience improving sales performance, profitability and efficiency
  • Strong leadership and people‑management skills
  • The ability to motivate, develop and inspire a sales team
