Novotel London West is the perfect base for Business and leisure. With 630 spacious ensuite rooms plus a selection of restaurants and bars showcasing fresh international flavours. Our hotel has state of the art gym facilities and 40 flexible conference and meeting rooms.
Reception Supervisors in our team lead by example and support and enable our receptionist to provide our guests with excellent service throughout their stay.
Ensure all guest queries and complaints are dealt promptly with in a satisfactory manner
Ensure a thorough and proactive administration of the groups invoicing
To work, closely with the Reception Manager and The Duty Manager to ensure that any recurring issues and problems faced by the guest are recording in the DM Report.
Be fully conversant with all room categories, room rates, packages, promotions and other general product knowledge necessary to perform daily duties
Help DM with additional tasks such as Cosmos PMs/Letters for Delay Flights/Credit Limit/Room Rec when needed
Ensure a commercial attitude is adopted at all times and maintain an awareness of all Sales opportunities within the hotel to maximise room sales and revenue for the Hotel
To establish a good working relationship with all the guests and colleagues, creating a team that works well together and with other departments.
To be fully conversant with all facilities and services of the Novotel London West
