What You Will Do
You will oversee multiple projects for external clients in a fast‑paced environment. Your responsibilities include ensuring timely delivery, maintaining clear communication, managing risks, assigning tasks, devising realistic delivery plans and schedules, and upholding the company’s high standards.
Skills, Knowledge and Expertise
- Demonstrable experience in a software house Project Management role
- Experience managing software development and/or software implementation projects
- Strong experience and knowledge of the Software Development Lifecycle
- Strong experience with the Project Management Lifecycle
- Proven experience working in Waterfall and Agile environments
- Excellent communication skills: written, verbal, face‑to‑face and remote working
- PRINCE2 or other project‑management related training and certifications
- Experience working in a team with strong leadership skills
- Experience using tools such as Excel and Microsoft Project
- An enthusiastic, ‘can‑do’ attitude to overcoming issues and challenges

Salary and Benefits
The salary for the role of Project Manager pays up to £50,000 p.a. and offers a fantastic opportunity for career progression through CDL’s clearly defined career framework.
