First Choice Homes Oldham is looking for an experienced Project Manager (Business Transformation) to join our growing PMO and help deliver major change across our organisation.

This is an exciting opportunity for a proven Project Manager who has successfully led business transformation, systems implementation and service improvement projects in a complex organisation.

You will lead high-impact projects that improve services for customers, modernise internal processes and help shape the future of FCHO.

This is not a construction or purely technical IT delivery role. We are looking for someone with experience delivering organisational change, cross-functional transformation and business improvement.
