Test Centre Administrator - Glasgow, UK

This is a permanent, part‑time role. You will be required to work a minimum of 4.75 hours per week, primarily on Saturdays, with potential additional shifts during the week. The pay rate is £13.60 per hour paid monthly.

Key Responsibilities

• Provide excellent customer service at all times.
• Process candidates’ sign‑in and explain the test process to them.
• Administer and invigilate tests.
• Ensure all compliance standards relating to test centre operation and security protocols are adhered to.
• Perform general housekeeping.

Qualifications & Expectations

• Friendly and professional team player with excellent timekeeping.
• Experience using computers preferred, including Microsoft Office (Word, Excel and Outlook).
• Flexible availability to work different days and times.
• Willingness to travel to other test centres to provide support.
