Location: Canary Wharf

Salary: £70,000 – £75,000 (Basic) + Benefits

We are seeking an experienced BMS Small Works Project Manager to join a growing team delivering fast‑paced building controls projects across commercial environments. This role will focus on managing projects typically ranging from £80k to £200k, ensuring efficient delivery, high quality, and strong client satisfaction.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage the full lifecycle of multiple BMS small works projects from award through to completion
• Oversee project planning, programming, and resource allocation across several concurrent projects
• Coordinate engineers, subcontractors, and suppliers to ensure smooth project delivery
• Ensure successful integration of BMS systems with mechanical and electrical plant
• Act as the main point of contact for clients, maintaining strong working relationships
• Monitor project performance, ensuring delivery on time and within budget
• Manage commercial aspects including variations, cost control, and reporting
• Ensure compliance with health & safety standards and company procedures

Requirements

• Proven experience managing BMS or controls small works projects
• Strong technical understanding of Building Management Systems (BMS)
• Good knowledge of mechanical & electrical plant systems
• Experience delivering projects in the £80k‑£200k range
• Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously in a fast‑paced environment
• Strong communication and stakeholder management skills

Desirable

• Experience with leading BMS platforms (e.g. Trend, Tridium, Siemens, Schneider)
• Background in building services, controls, or a related engineering discipline
• Relevant technical or engineering qualification
