Job Title
Operations Manager – Birmingham (Hybrid)
Salary: £62,537 + 4% pay award from April 2026
Driving licence required
Responsibilities
- Lead maintenance operations across a diverse property portfolio
- Oversee responsive repairs and maintenance
- Manage Trade Supervisors, Engineers, Surveyors and subcontractors
- Ensure high-quality, customer-focused service delivery
- Lead on void property turnaround and social housing operations
- Drive performance while meeting time, cost and quality targets
What we’re looking for
- Experience in social housing
- Strong knowledge of void property processes
- Proven leadership of operational or technical teams
- Technical/trade background is highly desirable
- Strong organisational and problem-solving skills
- Full UK driving licence
