Location: Bristol (office based)

Monday – Friday

Permanent

Salary £20,000- £25,000 per annum (Negotiable depending on experience)

Recruiting on behalf of a specialist maintenance firm based in Bristol, urgently looking to identify an experienced Maintenance Support Administrator to join their established team

Main responsibilities

• Manage reactive changes and amendments on behalf of client’s requirements/ requests
• Attend monthly and quarterly meetings
• Liaising daily with senior management of updates/ queries
• Tracking works/ projects with field staff
• Communication with clients on a daily basis
• Updating internal systems/ database
• Deal with any queries/ issues
• Other daily tasks as requested by the client.

The successful candidate must have strong understanding of working in a Maintenance/ Housing/ commercial environment with extensive experience dealing with a team and strict deadlines
