We’re looking for a proactive, confident, and commercially driven Partner Business Development Manager(PartnerBDM) to join our team in the UK. In this role, you’ll drive partner‑led revenue growth by enabling partners to create repeatable HappySignals opportunities.

You’ll work closely with the VP of Global Partnerships & Alliances to execute our global partner strategy and support strategic partner accounts, helping to ensure momentum, alignment, and scalable ways of working across the partner ecosystem.

This is a full‑time, remote role based in the UK. While the role is home‑based, our UK team meets in person regularly. You’ll also travel to our headquarters in Helsinki a few times a year and attend partner and industry events locally and internationally, so occasional travel is required.

We can only hire candidates who currently live in the UK. We are not supporting relocations at this time.
